A new legal challenge has been filed by Ambassador Bridge owner Manuel Moroun in an attempt to block the construction of the proposed Gordie Howe International Bridge linking Windsor, Ont. With Detroit, Mich. Kier Group plc has announced that it has completed the disposal of Mouchel Consulting to WSP Global Inc. for a total consideration of £75m (CDN $121.5 million), satisfied in cash.
